Trivet - SC Johnson Domed Skylight Wood

Adapted from the circular glass dome addition to the SC Johnson Administration Building, designed by Wright in 1943. The dome features meticulously installed concentric circles of Pyrex glass tubing reinforced by a pattern of circular steel bands, which allows light into the space without views.

Made from 1/2" thick cherry veneered MDF with rubber feet on the bottom. Withstands heat up to 400° F. Trivets can also be used as wall art using the included mounting hardware. Made in the USA.
