Ornament - Dana Art Glass Wrightsicle

Susan Lawrence Dana, a progressive socialite, provided Wright with an unlimited budget, and the result is a luxurious showcase of craftsmanship in art glass doors, windows, and light fixtures. The extensive art glass inspired by the Midwestern sumac plant demonstrates Frank Lloyd Wright’s distinctive use of nature themes through geometric abstraction.
